Carli Luhrs
I’ve spent much of my life doing what I thought I was supposed to do—and becoming pretty good at it. I built a career I’m incredibly proud of, spending years leading people, change, and transformation across startups and Fortune 500 companies.
But somewhere along the road, I started asking a different question:
What does success actually mean to me?
That question changed the road I was on—and ultimately became PS, Detour.
I’m not writing this from the other side of the journey. I’m living it. I’ve learned what I want to carry forward, what I’m ready to leave behind, and what it means to define success on my own terms. Now, I’m intentionally building what comes next.
Today, I live in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, with my family—still taking the turns, following what feels true, and creating a life that looks a lot more like my own.
